NATALIE IMBRUGLIA

Australian superstar Natalie Imbruglia will return to the world stage with her first album in 8 years to be released on SONY Masterworks in 2015. The album will be entirely covers of songs that male artists have made famous over the years, songs that have inspired Natalie throughout her life- a fascinating collection ranging from the iconic Neil Young to French phenoms Daft Punk.

This multi-talented artist’s career has encompassed everything from acting to songwriting to performing. And while US audiences might know her best from her international hit and radio staple to this day, “Torn” (her debut album, 1997’s “Left of The Middle,” sold 7 million copies), international audiences will also remember 2005’s “Counting Down The Days” which included the number one hit “Shiver.”

In addition to her many professional accomplishments, Natalie is an enthusiastic charity campaigner and philanthropist. She’s an advocate for Women’s Health issues in Africa and has visited Nigeria many times, has address the UN forum in Geneva, and has filmed a documentary about these important, underreported issues in Ethiopia later that year.
